The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) is a nation-wide platform active in promoting quality Executive Management Training and Management Consulting. It is founded as a programme with its hub at Agency for Promotion of Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Macedonia (APPRM). The founders are companies, professional and business associations, chambers, universities, as well as the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Macedonia.
HRDF is an organization that stimulates the deployment of modern and innovative management training and consulting in the country by collaborating with companies that use the services, suppliers of the services and governmental authorities and international bodies. HRDF creates awareness for the use of management training and consulting services without carrying out such activities itself and stimulate practical training which results can be used directly in the companies. It works directly with enterprises and addresses their specific needs for learning and training activities, rather than offering a standardized package. HRDF is an institution which involve all interested and involved parties in development of management in the country.
The final objective of HRDF is creation of successful and competitive companies and institutions at the domestic as well as at the international market. That's why our motto is:

Human Resource Development Fund and GTZ Macedonia in corporation with Economic Chamber of Macedonia are organizing training Export Planning Model. The training will be for small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) in Macedonia as well for the consultants from the country.

The eighth edition of the Newslatter of the Human Resource Fund, was published. It covers the activities that were accomplished in the period of Sep - Oct.
Based on the HRDF offer dated September 4th, 2008 the company Alliance One has accepted realization of the training for the middle management: How to build and lead the winning team? The price of success.
The general objective of the training was the participants to get better understanding of the manager’s role and responsibilities and of the management process in Alliance One Macedonia in accordance with the corporate mission and core values; the participants to profile their own managerial strengths and will be able to choose the most suitable leadership style.
Was held the 1st National Networking Summit.
The objective of the Summit were to introduce international and local good practices in networking among private enterprises as well as Government institutions and the education sector, to Macedonian enterprise managers.
